Matthew Lymbery – Founder and CEO

Matthew is founder and CEO and the inspiration driving our solutions.

Matthew has worked in the HR industry for nearly 20 years and is a passionate evangelist in the field of workforce and predictive analytics. He has published several thought-leading articles, is a regular contributor to the analytics debate and has personally created a set of thought-leading employee-centric business metrics.

He has worked in a number of high-profile roles for Ceridian and Information Technology Systems, including Director of Professional Services, Chief Operations Officer, HR Solutions Architect, Senior Project Manager and Principal Consultant.

Matthew’s DNA is all about innovation. His enthusiasm in solving complex problems whilst keeping the end user’s experience is at the heart of everything he designs.

He has also led projects in many leading blue chip and governmental organisations including Legal and General, BSkyB, G4S, Bank of England, the Civil Service and AXA.

John Cusack – Commercial Director

John is Commercial Director and is responsible for partners and ensuring commercial objectives are achieved.

John was one of the original pioneers of modern HR technology platforms and his experience in the HR industry dates back to the mid-1980s. He founded and was CEO of an international HR software company, which was bought by the Ceridian (US) Corporation in 1999. Since then John has held a number of leadership roles including running the HR technology division and Sales and Marketing Director at Ceridian UK. John was also responsible for successfully establishing Ceridian’s outsourced payroll business in Ireland.

John brings a wealth of experience and management expertise across all disciplines from product design, sales and marketing, and operations.

John is also director of an energy management software firm and an on-site wind energy company.

Dominic Holmes – Operations Director

Dominic is Operations Director responsible for the efficient delivery of solutions to our partner base.

He has over 10 years’ experience of implementing and operating HR systems for household names such as Coca-Cola and the BBC. He launched his career training as a Pensions Actuary with Mercers before joining a top 10 firm of accountants to bolster their management consulting practice. Since then he has spent a number of years in senior commercial and technology-focused roles. His knowledge and expertise in both the design and use of software, combined with his commercial experience and attention to detail, ensures we are best placed to meet the expectations of our clients.
