illumin8HR’s Dashboards provide a visual collection of pre-defined Reports and Metrics, showing information and insights for a particular area, such as absence or recruitment. Access to Reports and Metrics can be set by user role.
Collaborate within the platform
Instead of relying on exporting data or taking screenshots of charts and reports to share them, data can be easily shared within the platform with individuals or teams. Discussions can be started directly from an Insight, Metric Group, Metric Summary, Dashboard, Report or Action Plan, including a snapshot of the item alongside it. This allows users to share information easily and quickly collaborate on any actions required.


Create and track Action Plans
Users can create Action Plans within the platform to tackle the issues brought to light by illumin8HR. Set metric-based targets and receive reminders to review progress.
Share resources and expertise in the Knowledge Base
Users are supported within illumin8HR by resources in the Knowledge Base, which can include anything from company policies and best practice documents to previously successful Action Plans made available to the wider organisation, and external resources.


Compare groups of data with Categorisations
illumin8HR allows users to focus in and track cohorts of employees such as ‘hard to fill roles’ or ‘flight risks’. In simple terms, it allows you to ‘flag, grab and tag’ particular teams, roles or individuals in your organisation to help inform decision making.
Features and metrics can be easily tailored based on the data available, allowing for business goals to be prioritised. The data warehouse has the flexibility to be extended to take in other data sources allowing you to truly tailor your own unique solution.
